TOPA Electrical was born from the union of two trusted companies: Top Electrical and Ampere Electrical. Top Electrical was founded in 1992 by John Cheng, while Ampere Electrical was established in 2008 by Jeff Zhao, one of John's dedicated trainees, and Jeff’s wife Nancy Wang. With nearly two decades of industry experience, John earned the trust of countless clients. As he approached retirement, he saw in Jeff the ideal successor - someone who shared his values and commitment to exceptional service. In October 2011, their businesses merged to form TOPA Electrical, combining their expertise to serve customers even better. John officially retired in 2014, leaving the company in capable hands.
